As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the project risk and opportunities in project execution, in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will monitor project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action.

Your responsibilities

• Following ABB project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery
• Managing the project risk and opportunities in project execution
• Meeting contractual delivery time and key milestone, get FAC on time
• Monitoring project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action
• Making project resource plan and discussing with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution
• Motivating the project team members to ensure project success
• Ensuing supplier selection and negotiation together with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team
• Managing customer expectation and satisfaction

Your background

• 3 years and above working experience on Project management at automation industry
• A Bachelor’s Degree and above
• Fluency in English in oral and written
• Good communication, coordination, teamwork and leadership skills
