Main goals and objectives:
1.Thisposition ensures the steering of the entire Life-Cycle-Management and product development of web portal audi.cn including its integrated platforms such as configurator (ACCx), VTP New and VTP Used Car, etc.
2.Ensure a premium seamless customer journey between these major web-portals.
3.Realize a harmonized website of Audi in China entailing a partial localization of the Backendof audi.cn.
4. Timely address business/customer requirements towards website(including mobile website)
Main Tasks:
Website Management
›Regular project/website performance reporting
›Monthly tracking of website KPIs
›Responsibility for project planning, timeline and realization for plannedGoLive.
›Regular alignment with core team (PM from ASD and agency)
›Supervision of website agencies, including hosting, front-end and back-end
›Estimation of internal budget and costs forecast
Website Development and Optimization
›Regular review of newly developed features by AUDI AG and check of suitability for China market
›Initiate website enhancement requirement from China based on the research/insight of
China market
›Receive and evaluate new business requirements from JV to do a first pre-check (business-wise but also technical-wise)
›Define and submit the China requirement to AUDI AG and website agencies
›Supervision and tracking of new requirements implementation
›Ensure quality and CI/CD conformity
›Regular exchange with AUDI AG for future feature roadmap and outlook
Website Quality Assurance and Support
›Regular check and testing of features on audi.cn and integrated platforms in terms of bugs, typos, UI issues, etc.
›Address issues directly to the agency to be fixed.
›Support ticket status tracking and escalation
›Facilitation of local agency training
Roadmap Development-Localization of audi.cn
›Responsibility for project planning, timeline, budget estimation and realization for plannedGoLive.
›Negotiation and coordination between AUDI AG, Audi China and JV(s)
›Roadmap of the localization of the hosting and some contents depends on several
technical aspects such as interfaces between Audi China Backend, JV’s Backend and AUDI AG Backend.
