Essential Responsibilities :

Booking the resources and scheduling, project process handle

• Registration and input of the order into the global factory system. Preparation of the order sheet with all necessary data for distribution to all relevant departments. Proceed of all necessary actions to dispatch the order within the unit.

• handle kick off: Ensure the planning and launching of deals in production, the procurement of materials, consistently with the unit’s capacity and workload in order to meet the customers’ deadline.

• Propose and follow up milestones and relevant quality gates. Collect and process all information from external and internal sides and proceed of necessary actions.

Arrange project team to review and study customer requirements/contractual documents to identify deviation, unclear point and raise clarification request to customer to get an agreement with customer finally.

Leading customer approve technical solution/drawings process.

Identify project R&O, and coordinate action to eliminate risk and achieve 0pportunity.

Project execution summarize and main slippage in cost, quality, delivery analysis and improvement action

Execute work in accordance with applicable Project Procedures and Standards. Actively push each process till project closing. Especially the project change shall be handled as close ring mindset

Customer complaint handle

Be responsible for other reasonable duties and missions from the management team.

Communication

Actively Communicate and coordinate project requirements with contractors, and local and foreign equipment suppliers,

The communicate window between factory and customer.

Delivery of the transformer

Prepare and coordinate the shipping process with professional logistic technical support.

Organize the erection and commissioning staff at site

Customer relationship

• Provide regular feedback about orders to customers and confirm the delivery target dates for their satisfaction.

• Provide trustable answers to any question related to project.

• Negotiate and / or supervise the proper negotiations on any problems related to undergoing deals in order to reach solutions acceptable to the Unit and the customer. Issue the related amendments to the contracts taking in account the costs of the project.

• Invite the customers, organize factory tests and take care of customers.

Summary customer feedback and voice and push related department to improve

Cash collection

Participate in case review with the customer and the contract execution.

• Prepare a cost estimation of every change asked by the customer due to requirement evolution, quality questions or functional issues. Estimate the impact of the cost evolutions of the projects on their global profitability.

• Monitor and control the profitability of every project.

• Report if needed on the deviations, from the tender to the end of the project. In case of deviation, warn the suitable people to get back to the contract.

• Ensure the proper filling of all contractual documents. Communicate the necessary instructions to all departments concerned by billing and overdue. Prepare the invoices, monitor their payments.

Role Summary/Purpose :

In charge of the project management in Latin American Area.

Qualifications/Requirements :

Degree in Engineering

3 to 5-year experience in Technical or & PM management.

Good knowledge of the Unit’s products and Markets. Job mainly limited to the Unit products, but worldwide customers

Good knowledge of computer tools

Be familiar with international trading/business term & rules

Good skills of Risk analysis

Planning skills and understanding

Team Player, negotiator.

Good English level and Good Spanish level is a must.
