Mission and Purpose
China is the largest national market for Audi worldwide, representing about one third of global deliveries. The task of the Corporate Planning & Strategy department is to develop long-term strategies to secure and extend the strong market position of Audi in China – in line with the global target of AUDI AG to become the No.1 premium brand worldwide.
C/EP as a central cross-functional department within the Audi China R&D has the task to:
- steer the process of getting decisions for china-specific customer functions,
- to scout and to setup necessary cooperation (focus Chinese Tech-companies)
- to develop the strategic foundation for the future development of the Audi R&D department in the Region China (Audi China 2.0 – In China for China).
Job Duties:
- Act as a project manager for:
- Cross departmental / cross functional team projects to plan / steer of complex overarching projects & topics (e.g. alignment of strategy/ development departments and other internal business partners)
- Mgmt. of cross-departmental/ -functional teams to reach the defined objectives & targets with responsibility for time, budget and quality, Integration and alignment of positions of all stakeholders
- Event Management (Preparing, steering & supervision of Audi China R&D events, especially regarding events/ meetings with Audi China president & EVP offices, AUDI AG and other stakeholders)
- Support in organization of status, meetings, project meetings, meeting alignment to director and EVP level
- Analysis of socio-political- or economic changes affecting the Audi China R&D
- Department treasury: budget planning, monitoring, inquiry & approval
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master or above
- Major in automotive engineering, business administration or related area
Professional skills:
- 2 - 5 years working experience in related area
- Experience in fields of automotive business or project management is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS office (PPT, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Personal skills:
- Excellent initiative, responsibility, quick engagement in challenging projects
- Result/oriented, well-organized, planning and analytical thinking

Language skills :
