About the Position

Edenred internships are challenging. You’re going to get your hands dirty. You’ll be assigned projects and tasks that you’ll need to figure out how to complete on your own. You’ll be responsible for self-managing your day-to-day work, collaborating with others, and supporting senior team members. You’ll be thrown in the deep end of the pool and you’ll sink or swim. When you sink, you’ll need to quickly understand why, learn from it, and move on. Successful interns will gain valuable work experience. During this 3 to 6 months internship, interns can expect to work 15-25 hours per week at the Edenred Shanghai office.

Assignments may include:

? Research & Analysis - perform requirement/product research, analyze and interpret data, and apply to make recommendations or decisions on product design, problem solving, process establishment and more.

? Business Administration - form new companies, establishing and owning business processes for project management, operations, and more.

? Reports, Presentations, and Proposals - outline, draft, and edit deliverables for prospective and active client engagements

About you - Prior work experience is optional, but passion, enthusiasm, and commitment are definitely required. Qualifications

? Significant level of maturity and the ability to work as a team and to work independently interfacing with top company executives, senior management, clients, prospects, and co-workers.

? Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to work with limited supervision; excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, effective process management abilities.

? Preferred candidates are in the course of a relevant associates, undergraduate, or graduate degree.
