MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New product and production process definition, implementation and control.

2. Constant search for continuous improvement both for product and process.

3. Responsible for test reporting and lab management.

4. Management of internal technical projects, since its beginning until the final implementation and control.

5. Support to production and technical team with data analysis.

6. Management and coordination of the 3rd party lab and institutes tests/tasks.

7. Contact window with Spanish headquarters laboratory and technical center.

REQUIREMENTS

1. University or above degree in Engineering. Preferred chemistry or textile.

2. Experience in automotive or textile sector will be a plus.

3. Good English level as department’s communication all in English.

4. Fresh graduate can be considered.

5. Team work spirit. Process engineer should be able to coordinate the product and production process definition with other departments (Production, Quality, Supplies, Commercial department…).

6. Experience in lab or testing experience is a plus. This position requires knowledge of international testing standards.

7. Experience in high-tech industry or related industry is preferred.

8. Experience in Project Management or related certificate will be a PLUS.
