Job Duties:

• To supervise and perform quality control on implementatin, development, system maintenane and ongoing support of IR systems and service delivery
• To liaise with parties concerned for implementation and on-going support for IT system and service delivery
• To perform project management, vendor management and outsourcing contract management
• To ensure user requirements are met and services are performed in compliance with quality standards
• To provide techncial advice to management and user as appropriate
• Other duties as may be required.

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 12 years solid working experience in IT application development and management; with a minimum of 6 years working as a Project Manager or equivalent
• Proven experience in supervising IT application implementation and maintenance
• 6 years solid experience in vendor management and outsourcing contract management
• 2 years working experience in managing government projects
• 2 years hands-on experience in data warehouse
• Preferably to have experience in design and development of website and data dissemination systems
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
