Responsibilities & Challenges:

Main mission of project manager is to collaborate with relevant internal departments both in China, in HK and in HQ to ensure project delivery on-time with high quality technical solutions for company business development needs on retail IT domain, to be responsible for IS solutions lifecycle management and routine support.

• To be responsible as a single point of contact window for business users and work closely with them on a given project

• To help business users to raise requirement completely and precisely with a clear project scope and analyze its feasibility

• To lead technical specifications of business requirements and provide a proper technical solution design with estimated workload, resources, lead-time, cost

• To make project overall plan and list detail tasks for different project phases and organize proper resources to accomplish

• To share project status regularly with related stakeholders via meeting and report.

- To be responsible for all project deliveries such as documents and ensure knowledge base is up-to-data

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science;

2. At least 2 years experience on project management. Retail domain relative project experience is a plus, PMP is a plus as well;

3. Good communication skill, (listening / probing, writing, speaking) and Good customer service skills; Fluent in English and Mandarin, documentation and deliverables to be drafted both in English or Chinese. French is a PLUS

4. Good business sense and view, risk management skills, change management skills, etc.;

5. Good analytical skill and problem-solving skills You have an excellent diagnostic, problem solving skills and approach with the ability to prioritize, organize in a fast-paced environment

6. You also have a good understanding of Information Systems and Security.

7. Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible, great potential to grow with the organization;

8. Strong team work spirit
