Job Summary

• Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project informationIndependently;

• To assist project engineer to complete building sustainability consulting and certification work, including GBL, LEED and WELL certification;

• Perform building physics including CFD simulation, energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervision;

• Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report;

• Support other disciplines in-house on sustainability design;

• Research on relative latest technologies and news.

Minimum Requirements

• Familiar with certification process and relevant standards;

• 3 years+ related working experience;

• Project experience on industrial and healthcare projects is preferred;

• Having LEED AP or WELL AP is a plus;

• Good skills in English.
