Job Description

Our client is an established consultancy firm in Hong Kong and is currently searching for a dynamic individual for a junior position to support their office project functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate Office renovation and design concepts that extends upon the company's image
  • Collaborating with clients and vendors to deliver the full project management cycle experience
  • Act as a key contact person and ensure smooth coordination with all parties from initial concept design through to tendering and project execution
  • Support in construction related management including site handover meeting, budgeting process, supplier visits and projects documentation preparation

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Project Management with CAD professional background
  • 1-2 Years + Experience of relevant experience in the commercial - Office industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD/Photoshop/Illustrator and other technical software
  • Natural communicator, collaborative and open-minded approach with detail orientation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
