Job Description


A Project Executive for EYELEVEL is a coordinator who will directly report to our Project Manager and providing high performance service in terms of project follow up & management, fixture goods roll-out to the stores in China and abroad for our clients. They must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, and team players working closely with our account management, production managers, logistic managers, assembly teams, installation teams, engineers & designers, Quality Inspection team and finance department. They brief, coordinate and check output of all team members to ensure that each project (complete store, shop-in-shop or range of displays) get planned properly (floor planning), fixtures assembled, picked & packed, delivered and installed in the required destination in the required quality and time frame.


Project Executive Key Responsibilities


? Satisfaction of clients and their customers (Develop and preserve excellent relationships with client’s HQ contacts, country Account Managers and Retailers).

? Communication (Inform client & internal teams about project details, planning, timing and financial status)

? Project Team Coordination (Provide input, assign roles and tasks, collect output, present to clients)

? Project reporting (Regularly report on project status, inventory, team capacity and finance)

? Troubleshooting and handling of claims (Flawlessly exceed client expectations)

Job Requirements


? Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, project management or retail development.

? Confident team-leader able to motivate colleagues to high performance and excellent quality.

? Organized, efficient, and structured to work with large volume of information.

? Dedicated, loyal and focused on outstanding client service.

? Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with clients and colleagues.

? Able to understand architectural floor plans and technical drawings.

? Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc

? Capacity to quickly learn and operate internal ERP software for roll-out management.


? Software:

o Advanced computer literacy required

o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must

o Experience with CAD applications is benefit


? Languages:

o English – advanced written and verbal level required for daily client communication

o Other languages advantageous
