The key focus of this position is to generate a healthy sales pipeline and ensure the smooth running of ongoing exhibitions and events. You will also be the go-to person for customer relations and work closely with the Operations Manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore sales leads and conduct sales calls to potential customers
- Prepare quotations, tariffs and manuals
- Follow up with customs clearances, billing and collection matters
- Track shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Coordinate return shipments with overseas agents
- Be the on-site representative at international shows
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
To be considered, you should have a few years of exhibition forwarding experience, especially large overseas events. You are an excellent sales person who are proactive, demonstrate integrity at work, and have a customer-oriented mindset. Occasional travel is expected for this position.
