Job Description
Roles:
- Assisting in planning and organizing project events
- Assisting in planning and building project matching platform
- Providing administrative support to the team regarding quotation and presentation
- Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, designers, tech talents/companies
- Providing full range service to clients which include pre-event coordination, air tickets, hotels, conference facilities and all necessary logistics arrangement and post-event follow-up works
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required from Project Manager
Requirements:
- University Degree with 3 years or above relevant experience
- Proficiency computing skill is a must
- Good team player with good interpersonal, project management and networking skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
