Project Executive (15 months contract)

Job Description

Roles: 

  1. Assisting in planning and organizing project events
  2. Assisting in planning and building project matching platform
  3. Providing administrative support to the team regarding quotation and presentation
  4. Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, designers, tech talents/companies
  5. Providing full range service to clients which include pre-event coordination, air tickets, hotels, conference facilities and all necessary logistics arrangement and post-event follow-up works
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required from Project Manager

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree with 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Proficiency computing skill is a must
  • Good team player with good interpersonal, project management and networking skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
