o Site Visits to liaise with clients and vendors

o Prepare tender docs, including technical proposal

o Record keeping of HSE related docs

o Prepare and maintain schedules

o Prepare technical documentation

o Manage the communications with internal project stakeholders, vendors and clients

o Ensure project quality, safety and deadline time

o Arrange various parties for commissioning

协调相关各方确保调试顺利进行

o Attend acceptance test

参与验收测试

o Provide training to clients

o Prepare final documentation

项目报告/最终设计方案编制

• Some administrative duties i.e. preparation of presentations and proposals, some translation work, necessary record keeping etc.

• Interact with outsourced service provider partners

• Interact with clients during visits – understand needs, explain solutions, and assess on-site systems to help create appropriate solution

• Support sales staff proposal creation with solutions recommendation and pricing

• Assess new technologies so we can offer clients wide range of best-in-class solutions

Experience: 工作经验

• Educational background in HVAC, mechanical engineering or construction preferred

有暖通空调、机械工程或建筑类的专业背景

• Experience in project management relating to engineering or construction management and onsite management

具备与工程管理或建筑管理相关的项目管理经验

• Possess safety or other industry related professional certificates

具备安全或与行业相关的专业资质认证

• On site work in a supervisory role

具备监督管理现场工作的经验

• Experience in startup, Internet Knowledge or international company a plus

具备互联网知识、拥有创业公司或国际企业工作经验者优先

Desired Skills/Characteristics: 所需的技能/技术

• PRINCE 2, Agile or PMP qualification

有PRINCE2, Agile 或PMP证书

• Friendly and inquisitive personality; pay attention to detail; independent

• Native Chinese speaker with functional written English and able to write proposals and presentations in English;

母语为中文，并且能够用英文书写方案以及做演讲

• Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience in using Sketchup a plus

精通AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint的使用，能够使用Sketchup者优先
