Main Duties and Responsibilities：

• Part of the core team of the Project (Project Director, Project Manager, Project Procurement Manager, Site Manager)
• Overall Responsibility for the Engineering management of the assigned Project in terms of scope of supply, time delivery, quality and compliance with technical contractual requirements
• Establish with Project Scheduler and related Discipline lead engineers the Engineering baseline master project schedule.
• Accountable for the fulfillment of Technical Criterias of the Gate Process
• Responsible to ensure Compliance to local codes and requirements information is provided to disciplines and subcontractor specific to local codes and requirements for incorporation into design. Responsible to track implementation to ensure compliance.
• Make sure the technical contractual requirements have been: i) distributed to all engineering disciplines lead (for the part relevant to its scope), ii) understood and iii) followed
• Ensure Project Design Basis and GDSR compliance list is followed
• Engineering scope and change management(customer; supplier, internal disciplines. external engineering company, site);
• Tracks the engineering progress for adherence to schedule and leads actions to manage deviation
• Lead engineering interface management; (customer; supplier, internal disciplines. external engineering company, site)
• Prepare and issue generic technical documents and others as per project organization;
• Lead the technical clarification /review meetings with Customer;
• Ensure the technical input/output documents exchanges between E&C & customer follows contract requirement;
• According to related procedure, organize/attend/support project design review meeting
• Follow up MOM status, meeting action follow up and close out.
• Spot check specifications prepared by specialists to ensure compliance with contract requirements and Project arrangements;
• Coordination with the PPM in order to ensure schedule adherence for inquiry, PO

Qualifications：

• Master degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or Cryogenic
• Familiar with ASU process knowledge and strong knowledge in Thermodynamics
• Good communication skill and team work spirit, rigorous and sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Mastery of basic Microsoft Office
• Good English.
