Qualification required:

1. More than 1 year working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control.

1. Experienced on team management, project management experience is preferred.

1. Be familiar with ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001 quality tools and knowledge on using common measuring gauges/tools

1. Strong communication skill and customer relationship management.

1. Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects.

1. Hard work and be ready for the urgent business travel.

1. Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports

1. Good written and verbal English skill

Job designation/Field of work:

1. Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.

1. Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.

1. Prepare the inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team. Daily report to the customer and weekly job11 projects overview reports.

1. Implement process and product audit and generate report. Conduct corrective / improvement actions

1. Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site.

1. Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer).

1. Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group.

1. Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures. Initiate 8D report and corresponding follow up with validating effectiveness.
