PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Managing customer and innovation projects of business unit Beauty in Minhang, China

• Support sales responsible “Beauty Sales APAC” in providing drawings, samples, price calculations, lead times and technical expertise to beauty customers in collaboration with experienced colleagues from Bechhofen Germany

• Create, adapt and manage project timeline in alignment with Operations and all stakeholders

• Manage overall project budget and costs and support operations with price calculation

• Manage selection of production concept together with operations (and sometimes customers)

• Create and manage project documentation according to certified processes (e.g. Agile)

• Manage creation of bill of materials and routings in SAP in collaboration with central PDM

• Moderation and documentation of all project related meetings

• Manage qualification processes and customer approvals

• Participate in technical reviews with Germany and provide and absorb lessons learned

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, fire prevention as well as occupational health and safety.

• Ensure reporting to the manager or ESH responsible person of ESH deficiencies and hazards (affecting working materials and funds as well as the working environment) which cannot be self-rectified.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

• Required: 4-5 years work experience as project manager in beauty market

• Desired: 5-10 years work experience as project manager in beauty market

• Experience in European enterprises

• Knowledge about Beauty business (mascara & gloss lip products)

• Bachelor

• Strong technical background, e.g. engineering or technician

  
  

  Skills技能

• IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP experience

• Special skills: Experience with injection molding technology, experience with reading technical drawings

• Language skills: Good oral and written English skills is a basic requirement (technical English)

• Soft skills: Team compatibility, communication and coordination skills
