Job Purpose:

In this position, you will support sales by coordinating quotations, order bookings, system manufacturing, mold trials, shipment and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

?Interface with sales to support the sales efforts of the operation;

?Supply customers with updated reports on production commitments and project performance, provide quotations and answers to technical questions;

?Assist with after sales follow-ups to ensure the customer’s specifications are met.

?Coordinate engineering and sales group;

?Provide daily direction for projects to ensure operational objectives are achieved;

?Coordinate order bookings, deliveries, manufacturing, system integrations, and mold trails;

?Give presentations to management, which provide updates about the status and justification of systems projects;

?Work in projects with Manufacturing Engineers and Field Sales in order to obtain orders;

?Work with suppliers for the integration and support of systems projects

JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:

? Excellent knowledge and application of injection molding technology (molds and machines);

? Good knowledge of beverage packing;

? Fluent Japanese speaking, writing and presentation skills;

? Intermediate level of English;

? Strong technical aptitude;

? Strong commercial aptitude;

? Demonstrated project management and supervisory skills;

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Works With:

? Report to Sales support team leader

? Support sales for quotation and project management

? Work with internal factory and 3rd party suppliers to kick-off system

? Work with Finance and Logistic to make sure projects successful execution

Education and Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree, mechanical engineering major is preferred

Related Experience:

? 2~3 years working experience.

? In sales or sales support department

? Injection molding experience

? Beverage packaging experience
