1.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标

• Design the control systems for material handling systems according to technical protocols. Support equipment/component purchasing and production, evaluate supplier /sub-contractor quotations and submittals, solve any installation and commissioning problems at customer sites with the goal of satisfying our customers

依据技术协议设计物料搬运系统的控制系统；支持设备/部件采购、制造；评估供应/分包商的报价等相关文件；支持现场安装调试及协助解决现场出现的问题以满足协议及客户要求

• Complete related design work of new product localization or product new function development to realize product from headquarter to be localized in manufacturing and application

完成新产品的国产化或产品新功能研发过程中的相关设计工作，实现总部产品在中国的生产及应用

2.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求

4.0.1 Education教育

• Electrical Engineering or Automation Specialty with bachelor's degree or above
  

电气工程或自动化相关专业大学本科学历及以上

4.0.2 Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

• Have a good understanding of PLC(familiar with SIEMENS and AB PLC is preferred) control systems and power distribution systems

熟练掌握PLC(熟悉SIEMENS及AB PLC者优先)控制系统及电气控制系统

• Be proficient in hardware and software design, PLC programming, and HMI programming

精通软硬件设计及PLC、HMI编程

• Familiar with the related knowledge such as electric drawing standards, manufacturing and technical processes, workshop assembly and site installation

熟悉电气制图标准、生产加工工艺、车间装配及现场设备安装等相关知识

• Understand relevant design and drawing software
  

了解相关设计、制图软件如Auto CAD或ELCAD

• Be Skilled with computer and Office software

熟练掌握计算机及Office办公软件

• Good understanding of written and oral English

良好的书面及口语表达能力

• Be familiar with bulk material processing systems

熟悉大宗物料加工系统

• Proven problem solving ability and the capability to learn

经证实的问题解决能力和学习能力

4.0.3 Specific Experience特殊经验

• Working experience in electrical designing over 3-5 years

3-5年以上电气设计专业的工作经验

• Experience in at least one of the industries, i.e. Food, Chemical, Plastics. Experience in food is a plus

食品、化工、塑料三大行业中至少一个行业的工作经验。特别是具有食品混合领域更佳

• Project Manager experience is a plus

有项目经理经验者为佳

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任

Make preliminary designs on the basis of information provided by customers to support bidding. Supply accurate cost estimates of the controls and instrumentation required for proper system operation

根据客户提供的项目信息进行产品的初步设计，以支持投标。对系统正常动作所需控制系统和仪表部份的成本的精确估计

Design control systems, panels, and software according to: the sales contract, customer specifications, and Schenck standards to satisfy our customers

根据销售合同、客户标准和申克标准设计控制系统、控制柜和软件以满足客户需求

• Make sure our system designs match all related general design criteria and specific customer requests

确保我们的系统设计符合所有相关通用设计规范及客户的特殊要求

• Design control systems according to the customer’s process and specifications

结合客户的工艺和功能需求设计控制系统

• Design the control system architecture

设计控制系统架构

• Make panel and MCC layout drawings.

控制柜和MCC布局设计

• Prepare the required system documentation: Logic Diagrams, I/O Lists, Cable Lists, Instrument Data Sheets, Interlock Diagrams, Functional Descriptions, etc.

根据项目要求编制：逻辑图，I/O表，电缆表，仪表数据表，连锁图，控制逻辑描述等

• Write PLC and HMI Code

编写PLC程序及完成控制画面组态

• Prepare specifications and request for quotes for purchased equipment

为要采购的设备准备报价用的规格和要求以报价

• Evaluate vendor quotations and submittals to ensure they meet our system and customer requirements

评估供应商报价和交货以确保满足我们的系统和客户要求

• Solve the technical problems for the purchasing engineer, commissioning manufacturer and workshop assembly and etc.
  

解决采购工程师、加工商和车间装配等遇到的技术问题

• Assist customer to finish installation and commissioning with related technical information to ensure the system is installed and commissioned correctly.

协助客户的现场安装调试并提供相关的技术信息以保证安装工作的顺利进行

• Assistant sales people to solve the tough technical problems during contract negotiation

协助销售人员解决与客户谈判过程中的技术难题

• Assist the clerk to integrate the materials to ensure information completeness

协助档案管理员做好资料整理、存档工作保证相关材料的完整性

• Accomplish the Manager’s other temporary work

完成上级经理交付的其他临时性工作
