职位要求：
? Master’s and Doctor’s degrees and above in tourism management, regional economics, human geography, marketing and related.
? At least 5 years working experience in tourism industry, regional economics, real estate and related, and at least 2 years working experience as project manager.
? Familiar with China’s tourism planning, urban planning and other regularities.
? Capability of preparing tourist real estate project plan and tourist real estate master planning, successful previous works preferred.
? Strong capability of project coordinating, macroeconomic analyzing and projects understanding.
? Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.
? Excellent writing skills, strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
? Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
? Open-minded, excellent learning ability and good teamwork spirit.
? 旅游管理、区域经济、人文地理、营销和其他相关专业硕士、博士及以上文凭。
? 五年以上旅游业、区域经济、房地产和其他相关专业工作经验，以及二年以上项目经理工作经验。
? 熟悉中国的旅游规划、城市规划和其他规划。
? 具有准备旅游房地产项目计划和旅游房地产总体规划的能力，有成功经验者优先。
? 具有较强的项目协调、宏观经济分析和项目理解能力。
? 熟练应用MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Photoshop和其他常用软件。
? 优秀的写作、沟通、协调和展示能力。
? 良好的中英文沟通能力。
? 具有良好的团队精神，开放、学习能力强。
