Our Client is a prominent developer in the region with plans to expand, currently searching for an Project Director to work closely with the senior management and Investment team on identifying potential acquisitions through feasibility studies and post deal - project and construction management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic plans and support Investment team on potential acquisitions through frasibility studies
• Handle and manage full-cycle of project management including but not limited to design, technical engineering, licensing and acting as direct contact for main contractors and suppliers
• Ensure clear communication of the company's brand vision through all residential and projects environment
• Report directly to senior management of the firm and work closely with Investment Director

Requirements:

• Over 15 years' experience in project management and exposure in the various technical area with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Hands-on individual and technical person across residential space - "Authorized Person" is necessary
• Hands-on exposure in full-cycle of luxury residential project management
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
