工程項目統籌員(通風/消防系統) Project Coordinator (VS/FS)

工作內容及要求

• 為工程管理團隊提供統籌及指定項目管理， 包括場地施工質量， 成本及客戶關係。
• 參與冷氣及消防系統項目計劃，包括支援、設計及向客戶提交計劃報告。
• 確保所有工程活動遵從合約要求。
• 出席定期施工場地會議，組織及確定工作優先次序。
• 監控及聯繫所有工作界別包括建築工人，客戶，主承辦商，顧問及次承辦商。
• 控制及監督施工場地活動及聯繫客戶代表，建築師及承辦商。
• 良好領導能力及項目管理技巧
• 精通Microsoft Office, project 及AutoCAD。

Job description & requirements

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned project, including progress quality, cost and client relation.  
• Support in air-conditioning / Fire System in project planning, design and handover to clients.  
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement. –
• Attend regular site meeting, organize and prioritize work.  
• Monitor and liaise all works between various parties with builders, clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;  
• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representative, architects and subcontractors.
• Responsible for management of assigned project, including progress quality, cost, etc; Support air-conditioning/Fire System project; Ensure construction activities comply with contractual requirement; Attend site meeting, prioritize work
• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in project, in aspect of license, A&A works and minor works
• Hands on skill in AutoCAD is a must
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organzied, independane and willing to work under pressure
• Outdoor work/ site visit is required
