Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure project success
- Conduct research for business projects and deals
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled / ad-hoc reports and presentation materials
- Provide assistance to the Project team in all daily project management issues
- Provide clerical and administrative support to team includes data entry, typing, photocopying, filing and other general affairs as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Financial or related field is preferred
- Candidate with strong business and marketing sense is preferred; Candidate who has track record in leading or participating in projects or student organization is preferred
- A strong team player. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality is preferred
- Candidate must have a to-do and to-try mentality. Positive attitude and passionate to learn. Attention to details is a must
- Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently, able to multi-task and have a strong sense of responsibility
- High standard and proficient in MS Office PowerPoint, spreadsheets and words is a must
- Immediately available is preferred
