Overview:
iSoftStone is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Worldwide Services Department in our Beijing office. The Project Coordinator is dedicated to manage all resource requirements according to project specifications. And as a leader of the team, has the opportunity to deal with different client stakeholders and department members.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire workflow of a project
Keep an accurate track and report system
Determine resource requirements (including software, hardware and facilities)
Ensure business processes are efficient and pinpoint potential defects in the service
Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
Offer creative solutions for improvements
Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Manager
When necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources
Cooperate to maintain project quality, client and team satisfaction

Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Preferably fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, French, Dutch, or Portuguese
High-level of awareness of contemporary culture in country of language proficiency (current events, news, media and history)
Lived in English/Spanish/German/French/Dutch/Portuguese speaking country for at least one year
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Web literate
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Committed to meeting deadlines
Responsible and strong under pressure
Interest in IT solutions
Professional manner and presentation

Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree
1+ years of working experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Team Leader preferred, but not compulsory
0-2 years experience
