• Key member for business finance control includes closing, order, revenue, costing, internal control, provision.
• Oversee accurate preparation of financial portion of project planning and ensure alignment with overall project plan. Use planning techniques to maintain oversight of all activities and ensure project financial metrics align with the project schedule. Evaluate financial implications of various decisions and recommends actions.
• Ensure appropriate cost control by identifying project work breakdown structure and, defining appropriate project control procedures according to scope, cost and schedule. Maintain all appropriate controlling tools.
• Coordinate regular project reviews, and monitor ongoing project cost control status, cash flow, revenues, profit, gross margin, opportunities and potential cost variances。
• Issue project financial status reports, including project financial data, costs, and estimate of final project cost. Ensure accurate reporting for project balance sheet and income statement.
• Review contract specifics to verify accuracy versus proposal and/or standards and supports claim and change order negotiations. Ensure project is appropriately structured, entered, and maintained in the financial system in alignment with contract.
• Advise on financial and commercial aspects of proposals, contractual terms and conditions, risk reviews, contract structuring, tax issues, cash flow analysis, assignment conditions, and other relevant issues. Review and approve full cost model.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Optimize project cash flow and acts on reducing overdue with project manager. Monitor proper follow up on claims and back-charges.
• Identify risks, initiate risk mitigation actions, and prepare estimate to complete。

• A Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting/Finance with 2-4 years’ experience.
• 4-7 years of controlling experience and good understanding of financial in similar or equivalent Industry.
• Leadership and communication skills to work around with local team, HBU and execute the change is required.
• Smart hands on experience in MS Office and ERP (ideally with SAP & Hyperion & Bank).
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and good at communication in strong written and speaking in English & Chinese.
• Outstanding attention to details, accuracy and ability to multitask.
