Objective of Job

• Further development and ensuring the implementation of project controlling process and instruments (e.g. cost and activity accounting, cost-unit accounting, management reporting etc.).
• Participation in the establishment, further development and maintenance of project controlling processes and instruments; establishment, definition, development, maintenance and administration of master data and systems for all project based on group standards.

Principle Activities

• Act as China project coordinator/interface to cooperate in project working groups between Group project controllers and China local project team.
• Act as the main project controller for China all carlines to create China project control process or documentation etc. and present as required from both internally and group.
• Act as interface between the involved internal/ external business partners (such as project managers in China and group project controlling) to recognize general need for continuing education within company , plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics for the project issue.
• Act as Financial business partner for project leaders for all assigned carline development projects for China, to support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes.
• Actively drive, facilitate, review and validate the project budgeting process
• Participate BEP calculation and revisions for all assigned carline projects for China.
• Present BEP result to management, archive information upon approval and maintain data in the DRX Product Report on a monthly basis.
• Monthly preparation and distribution (in PLM) of project PIV reports and analysis to project teams as requested.
• Provide project expenses, project hours and project investments information to support yearly budgeting/ forecasting process.
• Complete relevant monthly closing tasks timely.
• Release PR and travel requests with budget status commendation.
• Special projects as needed.
  

Job and Work Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree at least
• Finance/Accounting/Economic related
• Engineering and/or Bunsiness Adiministration(Finance/Controlling)
• Good experience on Finance/Controlling arae for 3-5 years
• Experience automotive sector in commercial function for 1-2 years
• Extensive experience in business analysis and interface knowledge in the areas of customers, development and purchasing for 3-5 years
• Excellent English skill both oral and written
• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC skills
• MS Excel
• SAP CO/FI
• SAP system logical
• Understanding manufacturing
• DRX Cubeware: CAS Cube and Functional Reporting
• ESS system
