Job Profile:

– Plays a critical role in middle to large scale client project delivery;

– Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients;

– Be able to identify client needs and provide consultation around solution mix;

– Transfers knowledge and skills to clients and establish excellent client relationships.

Qualification:

– Post-graduate degree, MBA preferred;

– High proficiency in English writing and speaking;

– 2-3 years of relevant industry or consulting experience;

– In-depth content knowledge about human resources management;

– Has a good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies;

– Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;

– Customer oriented;

– Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
