The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care
Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) handling financial matters of the School (e.g. reimbursement, financial reporting, etc.); (b) providing administrative support to human resources matters; (c) handling general office administration; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned by the Director and his delegate.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) at least 2 years’ relevant experience in administration and accounting / financial management; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with proficiency in Putonghua); (iv) proficiency in common computer applications; (v) good analytical, multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) a responsible, highly-motivated and conscientious work attitude; and (vii) the ability to work independently and as a good team member. Shortlisted candidates will be required to sit for IT, English and Chinese proficiency tests.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
