Job Description

Graduate School
The appointee will be responsible for supporting tasks in relation to admissions, student records, assessment and various academic matters for postgraduate students. Other duties may include preparation of committee papers, collation of statistics, co-ordination of activities and events, support to IT systems, and other ad hoc assignments, etc.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 2 years’ administrative work experience; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills; (iv) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; (v) a collaborative style and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines; and (vi) good analytical ability and strong computer skills. Experience in programme administration will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1- or 2-year contract (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
