Project Co-ordinator II (General Administration)
The appointee will (a) provide support to ensure smooth operation of the School’s Head Office and/or learning centres; (b) assist in formulation and implementation of policies and procedures to support the School’s development plans; (c) co-ordinate and implement School development projects; (d) liaise with internal and external parties on renovation and maintenance of the office facilities; (e) supervise clerical staff and workmen to provide office administrative support and counter services; (f) assist in organising School events and other activities; and (g) handle general office administration.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) strong analytical ability and organisational skills; and (v) excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and self-motivation. Experience in service management, facility management and/or project management will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written language test.

Appointment will initially be made on a contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
