Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support on financial management and personnel matters; (b) handling academic matters, including course management, admission, course evaluations, student assessment; (c) performing data and information management; (d) serving as Secretary of relevant committees; (e) liaising with internal and external units and clients; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience at tertiary institutions; (iii) an overall Grade D or above in Use of English in HKALE or Grade C/Level 3 or above in English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE, plus Grade D/Level 3 or above in both Mathematics and Chinese in HKCEE/HKDSE (proof of academic results from GCSE, AL, SAT, IELTS or TOEFL will also be considered); (iv) good interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) excellent and accurate data and information management skills; (vi) proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing skill; (vii) good experience in handling finance and budgeting; (viii) a strong sense of responsibility; (ix) a positive attitude and team spirit to work along with other colleagues; (x) a diligent, mature, self-motivated and well-organised work attitude; and (xi) independence and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in accounting and bookkeeping will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
