The Hong Kong Jockey Club Sports Medicine and Health Sciences Centre
Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will station at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin and work on a 3-year programme funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, which involves organising training courses and workshops, executing research projects on outcome assessments of health promotion, as well as maintaining website and Apps. Duties include (a) co-ordinating and implementing health promotion programme related to muscle-strengthening exercise for the elderly; (b) preparing documentations related to the above projects; (c) liaising with internal and external parties for implementation of programme activities; (d) providing support to the office administration and daily operations; and (e) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Working beyond office hour or during weekend will be required occasionally.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification executive and administrative experience, preferably in project co-ordination and management; (iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; (iv) computer literacy, e.g. MS Windows, Chinese word-processing skill, etc.; (v) strong problem-solving skills and project execution capability, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) a diligent and self-motivated work manner, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, and attentiveness to details; and (vii) the ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other team members under a multitasking environment. Knowledge of design software, e.g. InDesign and Photoshop, is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
