Job Description

Requirements:

  • Assist and support the project team in all aspect of project administration
  • Conduct coordination of project-related tasks, including updating the schedule of documents, meeting arrangement, reports preparation works
  • Maintain and organize the filling system, control the incoming and outgoing correspondence for further inspection and easy reference
  • Any ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
  • F. 5/ HKDSE or above with clerical/ administrative/ site experience
  • 1 year or above relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Self-initiative, independent and responsible
