Job Description
Our client is an established consultancy firm in Hong Kong and is currently searching for a dynamic individual for a junior position to support their office project functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in the documentations and other project cycle function
- Develop and generate Office renovation and design concepts
- Collaborating with clients and vendors to deliver the full project management cycle experience
- Act as a key contact person and ensure smooth coordination with all parties from initial concept design through to tendering and project execution
- Support in construction related management including site handover meeting, budgeting process, supplier visits and projects documentation preparation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Project Management
- 1-2 Years + Experience of relevant experience in the commercial - Office industry will be an advantage
- KNowledge in the use of AutoCAD/Photoshop/Illustrator and other technical software will be an advantage
- Natural communicator, collaborative and open-minded approach with detail orientation
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
