Project Assistant II
The appointee will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and logistics support to an academic programme; (b) providing secretarial support to academic staff; (c) providing clerical support to patient appointment matters, such as scheduling appointments and handling patients’ enquiries; (d) processing payments and handling accounting procedures; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate typing skill; (iv) at least 3 years’ work experience; (v) high computer proficiency; (vi) an effective command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (vii) a self-motivated, honest and responsible work attitude, and good communication skills. Knowledge of social media management will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
