Responsibilities

• To Support Project Assistant to handle the following tasks:
• To assist the implementation of recycling projects in Hong Kong
• Explore new collection points among commercial, industrial and residential premises into the network
• Coordinate the collection logistics from the network to our recycling facilities
• Liaise with clients and front-line staff to ensure the smoothness of operations
• Prepare quotations and contracts, translation of documents, project presentation materials, reports and invoice, etc.
• Assist superior in other administrative works

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passionate in recycling and environmental industries
• Outgoing and sociable
• Outdoor work is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
