Responsibilities

• Support the execution of IPM team plans set out with an aim to promote the international residential projects for targeted audience and to increase the brand awareness among potential buyers.

• Draft and translate project marketing collaterals including advertisements, eDM, project factsheet, website contents, social media contents, event collaterals and promotional messages etc.

• To assist IPM team in the management of marketing projects, exhibitions and events including contacting vendors, project planning, budgeting, invoicing and follow up etc.

• Continuously keep abreast of market knowledge and trends, ie read industry news, competitors’ movement. Circulate IPM industry news to relevant staff in the SH office.

• Support sales in terms of filling out reservation form, preparing POI & POA, investment letter, sorting out IPM database and other customer care services.
  

Person Specification

• Relevant International Project Marketing working experience preferred
• Bachelor degree or above
• Proficient in both Chinese and English communications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
