JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide administrative and operational support for multiple marketing programs of multi-national client based in Shanghai.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering of phone enquiries from program stakeholder (participants)
Full management of program email enquiries
Managing email correspondence with program stakeholders (Client Team)
Management and monitoring of billing customers and suppliers
Preparation of program reports
Program Communication Content Design & Implementation (EDM & Collaterals)
Program Activities Review & Validation
- Sourcing of Rewards Items
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently
Good team player
Great customer mindset, proactive disposition with strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Takes initiatives and ownership of job tasks
Well rounded individual with business or marketing degree
Ability to multi task and complete the full range of jobs from data entry through to budget management
- Good time management
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Written & Verbal Proficiency of English CET 6
