JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide administrative and operational support for multiple marketing programs of multi-national client based in Shanghai.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering of phone enquiries from program stakeholder (participants)

  • Full management of program email enquiries

  • Managing email correspondence with program stakeholders (Client Team)

  • Management and monitoring of billing customers and suppliers

  • Preparation of program reports

  • Program Communication Content Design & Implementation (EDM & Collaterals)

  • Program Activities Review & Validation

  • Sourcing of Rewards Items


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good team player

  • Great customer mindset, proactive disposition with strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

  • Takes initiatives and ownership of job tasks

  • Well rounded individual with business or marketing degree

  • Ability to multi task and complete the full range of jobs from data entry through to budget management

  • Good time management


TECHNICAL SKILLS


  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Written & Verbal Proficiency of English CET 6

  • Proficiency in using web-based applications & platform
