1. Responsible for the architecture design management of the project, such as formulating project schedule and budget plan; after getting the department manager’s related approval, should ensure the project is implemented as scheduled;

2. Assist the chief designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design;

3. Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings;

4. Responsible for the calculation of area, sunlight, energy reservation, etc of allocating project;

5. Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages;

6. Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.

1. 负责项目中建筑专业管理工作，如编制项目进度和预算计划，经部门经理审核确认后应保证项目按计划执行。

2. 协助主创设计师或项目经理，组织设计团队深化和完成项目方案设计任务。

3. 指导基层的设计与绘图能力，保证项目出图质量。

4. 负责进行分担项目的面积、日照、节能等计算工作。

5. 组织项目的阶段性汇报和资料整理。

6. 组织配合后续设计阶段的工作，将方案效果贯彻到后续设计工作，保证项目最终效果。

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;

2. At least 5 years’ working experience in large Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design; scheme design experience in at least two of the following projects: residential, office, hotel, public building, etc;

3. Experience of basement scheme design or master plan design;

4. Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements;

5. Experienced of scheme bidding; be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of schematic design;

6. Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;

7. Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as Tianzheng, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, In Design, etc;

8. CET – 4 , good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

9. High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability.

1. 建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历。

2. 5年以上大型甲级设计院或公司建筑方案设计的工作经验，需具备住宅、办公、酒店、商业、及公建等五大类项目中两类以上的方案设计经验。

3. 具有以下任意一种类型的设计经验：

4. 了解项目报建的一般流程，熟悉项目报建的设计深度要求。

5. 具有方案投标经验，了解一般方案投标程序，并熟悉方案设计成果的深度要求。

6. 参与或负责过项目设计的全过程。

7. 能熟练操作相关设计和办公软件，如：天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Word、Excel、Powerpoint等。

8. 大学英语四级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力。

9. 具有较强的责任心、组织协调能力和团队协作精神。
