Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate and explore new technologies that are relevant
• Designing, conducting proof of concept and performance benchmarks.
• Perform unit testing during the project to ensure code assets are of quality and satisfy required use cases
• Actively involved in the accomplishment of departmental and company-wide quality initiatives.
• Work with the business owner to fully understand business requirements.
• Conducting secondary research online across different industries on a global scale.
• Delivering quality output and meeting regular deadlines.
• Organizing engagement activities for colleges and commercial accounts on board
• Solving students and faculty queries related to Student Server.
• Engaging commercial users through campaigns

 

Qualification:

• BCom/MCom/MBA
• 3-5 years experience

 

Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Must be proactive, results oriented with ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly
• Ability to quickly learn tools & techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write detailed procedural and training documentation
• Willing to travel (domestic & international)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills. 
• Communicating with clients, determining their specific needs and write content in adherence to client goals.
