Job Description
Duties
1. Responsible for day-to-day programme administration support for the full-time and part-time programmes, including student recruitment,
admission and registration, class scheduling, classroom allocation, coordinating student activities;
2. Provide counter service support and handle student enquiries/complaints;
3. Provide support for teaching staff and students and the taskforce committee as assigned;
4. Provide secretarial support to meeting; and
5. Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Associate degree Higher diploma holder or above; in any disciplines;
2. Have working experience in tertiary education is an advantage;
3. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must;
4. Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese/English typing;
5. Able to work independently, Well-organizing and Good interpersonal skills.
