Responsibility :

• Manage the awarded programs as customer interface; coordinate/communicate with external and internal parties to complete each milestone of the programs on time.
• Manage engineering change process successfully and achieve targeted CM improvement.
• 100% Customer Satisfaction: offer best service, timely and comprehensive feedback to customer inquiry and quality concerns etc, in compliance with the company strategy and policy.
• Support the quoting process before NBA (New Business Award).
• Work with Launch manager after NBA (New Business Award) and during program launch phase to ensure program is launched smoothly.
• Manage the product development activities as customer interface, coordinating internal PD team, design and BM to get approval on time.
• All programs key dates are met, specially sample submission, product approval.
• Follow up open issue and close on time.
• Working with Business manager through engineering change or changes in launch process to improvement CM to meet company objective (control cost to meet a certain margin based on price customer can accept).

• University graduate or above, engineering background preferred
• At least 10 years’ Automotive Components Program management or Engineering related work experience. Prefer to having interior experience
• Good knowledge about Automotive technology. Familiar with automotive industry quality validation system (TS16949/PPAP/APQP).
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English. 6. Good command of computer skills (esp. excel & PPT)
