The FRI GP&P Lead Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning for each release. Responsible for the maintenance of the Business Unit (BU) Access Database for release scope, consumption metrics and related inquiries. This role will take lead for maintaining and facilitating consumption issues coordination for all issues that prevent consumption. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling as well as running related calls, providing meeting summaries, other project tasks, and ad hoc deliverables as required. Additional responsibilities include issue resolution, data analysis, release integration activities as well as other ad-hoc analysis as necessary.

Key responsibilities:
- Issues Tracking/Resolution including IMR mapping and tracking to resolve issues as well as respective metric reporting for all Data Quality issues
- SLA Monitoring, Tracking and Metric reporting with particular attention to SLA issues preventing Daily Consumption
- Consumption Metric reporting including tracking and follow-up of all remaining Plan B to Plan A activities through to closure
- Schedule and lead meetings for Issues, SLA Challenges, and Consumption related activities as well as liaise with Technical and SME partners as required
- Responsible for related communications (including issue escalation)
- Ad hoc related projects and data analysis as required for the Program
Knowledge/ Experience:
- Understanding of financial and risk reporting as well as experience from the business and/or technical arena desired.
- Knowledge and expertise in Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis.
- Experienced in data analysis / data mining to solve business problems.
- A proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with reporting to and engaging senior management.
- Comfortable conceptualizing ideas and new approaches and able to communicate ideas effectively.
- Experience delivering presentations.
- Strong Project Management skills a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent people skills: ability to interact successfully with technical and function teams as well as senior management.
- A high competency level with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- PMP preferred.
- 6-10+ years project/program management and business analyst experience strongly desired.
- Ability to communicate with all levels on the project. Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
- Ability to work with various organizations.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good client focus.
