Program Operations Manager, PMO Seller Supply Chain

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 20 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills.

As a Program Operations Manager, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, tools and reports to ensure results.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with program/product leaders to develop strategy and set goals to drive new product Seller adoption.
2. Work cross functionally with stakeholders to develop working mechanisms, manage business operations process, including pipeline management, performance management, and reporting.
3. Utilize Excel, SQL, quicksight to manage data and determine target Sellers for new product adoption. Conduct forecasting by recognizing past data & trends.
4. Partner with sales team to build/refine process to increase work efficiency and drive performance.
