Amazon Devices Asia team is looking for an Ops excellence Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own cross-function and organization level programs and events. A successful candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best-in-class programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally to determine organizational synergies and opportunities for operational processes
• Lead and facilitate Devices Asia all hands and events, Cross-functional forums, offsites & team buildings.
• Enhance the employee development and engagement programs for Devices Asia team
• Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
• Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
• Establish and manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement to raise the bar for Devices Asia team
