DCG Professional Services has an opportunity for an experienced program manager who will lead and coordinate a complex, global project within Professional Services. The successful candidate will help guide and deliver value to a large, strategic business initiative. •  You will collaborate, motivate, and provide project direction working with cross-functional teams and the end customer to ensure achievement of key objectives and success of the overall program. •  You will be responsible for helping teams achieve their goals, work strategically together, and remain as adaptable as possible in a quick paced, ever-changing environment. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Plan and manage a large, global technical program consisting of multiple complex workstreams to ensure delivery of solutions for complex IT, business and client requirements • Drive delivery of project work through team members, including other project managers • Be accountable for change management within the program • Create project plans for the program that encompass major cross-functional milestones • Create and measure key metrics for program success • Create and own the communication plan for KPIs (internally and externally) • Ensure that cross-functional teams are executing in a manner that ensures program success • Provide feedback and suggestions to drive continual improvement for the program • Demonstrate controlled flexibility for change You will report to Director of Data Center Professional Services , based in US, supporting customers worldwide. #### Position Requirements: What you’ll bring: • 7+ years of experience in project/program management with experience leading large, complex projects in a technology company  on international level (European regions / EMEA / worldwide, etc.) • Ability to gather data and make informed, critical decisions quickly • Experience in creation of project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (communication on worldwide level, reporting to US manager) • Experienced communicator with the ability to effectively inform and influence your intended audiences What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
