Job Description
- Drive and manage client programs.
- Define the purpose, scope and timeline for the initial set up of new programs.
- Oversee the process for existing client programs.
- Develop, define and analyze key performance indicators and work with operations to develop corrective action plans.
- Establish and maintain related program documentation.
- Organize and participate in periodic meetings with clients and related departments.
- Address client requests, problems, issues, complaints and ad-hoc request.
- Supervise the CSO under the same program

Strictly adhere to BV’s integrity policy.
- University degree with 3+ years work experience.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, labor and working conditions within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with,standards such as, ETI, BSCI or ICS
- certifications such as, ICTI, WRAP or FLA
- management systems such as, SA8000, ISO14000 or OSHA18000
- on-line platforms such as FFC or Sedex
- Presentable, resourceful, independent with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Must be confident, resourceful, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Job Summary:
Play a major role of coordinator and intermediary by developing and maintaining positive client relationships through professional services in the management of all aspects of client programs related to CSR Services such as, supply chain social compliance, environment and security.
