• Tracking and ensuring of product, tool, assembly line and implementation time schedules.

• Updating with production of new products from project planning to its production, facilitating the product launching.

  更新新产品的生产从项目计划到生产，产品投产。

• Developing and assigning responsibility for mitigation actions, and managing the mitigation plan.

  开发和分配减轻措施的责任，并管理减轻措施。

• Refining project management methodologies for quality and project or program risk management.

  改善项目质量管理方法或项目风险管理。

• Negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers to meet the company and customer’s expectations.

  与制造商和供应商谈判,以满足公司和客户的期望。

• Performing project cost estimates including the resources, capital and other requirements to make the project launch successful.

  执行项目成本估算包括资源、投资和其他要求，确保项目成功投产。

• Implement Other tasks from line manager.

职位要求：

• Min. 5 years of experience in an automotive environment in project, launch or engineering positions

  至少5年汽车行业项目,投产或工程岗位相关经验

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little to no supervision

必须能够在快节奏，有或没有监管的环境中工作

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Engineering or equivalent work experience工程学士学位或同等工作经验

• Master in Business Management or equivalent work experience. MBA或相关工作经验
