AXA Hong Kong are undertaking a significant transformation. We are looking for a driven, independent & proven Program Manager who can manage a significant strategically important program to deploy Guidewire (claims, policy & billing) into our P&C business. The Program Manager will be responsible to manage the core product delivery & integration within our cloud architecture.

• 10+ years proven track record for delivering multi workstream & complex projects
• Ability to multi-task & clearly prioritize activities on a daily, weekly duration
• Work with scrum masters & scrum teams to plan sprints & backlog features
• Work with workstream leads across development, integration & testing to manage IT deliverables & provide clear & accurate updates to business teams
• Strong written and spoken English - Cantonese spoken is preferable
• Strong stakeholder management, used to presenting complex problems in a clear & logical manner to C level executives
• Lead by example with a committed & focused attitude
