Required Skills and Knowledge:

1. Excellent organizitional, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill.
2. Experience in materials planning master scheduling and ERP/MRP systems.
3. Strong customer service skills with ability to provide prompt and accurate information to customer.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes would be an asset.
6. Strong time management skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Completion of a post-secondary institution, college diploma or university degree in business administration or equivalent discipline.
2. 3-5 years of experience in materials planning and customer service in a manufacturing environment.
